Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are the Terms and Conditions upon which Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas (ABN: 97 602 116 978) and any person acting on its behalf and with its authority (“Full Pressure”) will provide plumbing and gas fitting services to any person, business or corporation that engages Full Pressure to provide plumbing and or gas fitting services (“client”).
On Arrival
You acknowledge that in Full Pressure coming to your premises, you are inviting us to come not only in relation to the job you have nominated but you are inviting us to potentially provide plumbing services in relation to the entire premises.
Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas’s Fees
Upon arrival to site, if the client does not wish to proceed with works, this needs to be communicated to the Full Pressure representative prior to tools or materials being set up or a minimum charge of $130 inclusive of gst will apply.
If the client agrees to proceed with works more than a quoted price of $2000, a 6.5% deposit will be paid to Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas prior to commencement of works. Full Pressure will not refund the deposit under any circumstances.
Extra charges apply if working outside normal hours office hours, public holidays, weekends or call outs, outside normal hours are at overtime rate with a minimum of 4 hours chargeable inclusive of travel, plus materials.
Definitions
‘No call out fee’ means that we do not charge you to arrive at your door, but we do charge a minimum fee for any inspection service, advice or proprietary knowledge that assists you in alleviating your problem.
Appointment Cancellation & Time Policy
Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas requires 2 hours’ notice of any appointment cancellation or time change otherwise a $100 cancellation fee may be charged.
Day Sheets, Software Applications, Videos & Photos
The client shall sign off - that the work was completed by Full Pressure as agreed and documented on the job sheet and/or software application.
Full Pressure may take photos, videos of the site and works for proof of workmanship or liability purposes.
Payment of Invoices
Invoice(s) must be paid in full within 7 days of receipt of invoice or a further 1% of the total cost owing will be added per 14 days past the due date.
Payment schedules may be allocated if the client approaches Full Pressure before due date of invoice is required.
Full Pressure accepts payment via:
Online or calling your bank - direct deposit, savings or credit card. BPay number can be provided by request.
In person - cheque or cash.
By mail - cheque
All materials remain the property of Full Pressure until invoice is paid in full.
Warranty & Certification
All parts supplied carry the Manufacturer’s warranty & WaterMark certification by the National Construction Code Volume Three – Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA).
Installation of plumbing services must comply with approved methods of the Water Supply Water Services Licensing Act (1995).
Certification of water supply, sanitary and drainage must comply with the relevant Plumbing Standards of Australia AS3500. (This may incur a cost for compliance, intention, certification & inspection fees)
Certification of gas services must comply with the relevant Australian Standards of Australia AS5601.

Certification of all services must abide by Local Authorities (Council)

Site Access, Parking & Pets
It is the client’s responsibility to provide appropriate, clear and safe access to the area of works for personnel, tools and equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to provide parking at site within 20 metres.
Extra costs will be incurred if ticket parking is needed, if work site is above the ground floor of the building or parking is beyond 20 metres to the front door.
Pets may need to be removed from work area or site & workers will not be responsible for securing.
Exclusions
Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas takes as much care as possible, however, will not be held responsible for cracking foundations, correcting unforeseen problems of any structure, service or earth including existing plumbing and gas services (for example where no detailed as constructed drawings are provided and/or where cutting, drilling or demolition works have been approved by client without adequate investigation or preparation by the client). Full Pressure will provide a variation to price to make safe or correct any unforeseen circumstances at the client’s request. Full Pressure will not be held responsible for the containment of building dust, debris, or any foreign matter that may occur when on site unless otherwise clearly outlined and accounted for in Full Pressure’s estimations or quotations. It is the client’s responsibility to provide protection of any fixtures, appliances or furnishings.
Excavation of rock, limestone, roots, concrete or any other foreign matter will incur an extra cost.
Full Pressure will not be held responsible for any damage or faults to existing services, fixtures, appliances, surfaces, finishings, coatings, existing leaks, have lost their structural integrity or have not been installed as per manufactures instructions including those that are not to Australian Standards.
Full Pressure will not be liable for any fees or costs associated with regulatory bodies, Atco Gas, Water Corporation, scanning for existing services, “Dial Before You Dig”.
Full Pressure will not be responsible for costs in delays in works from client’s supplied fixture & tapware faults or if items have been pre-opened.
Product Detail, Specifications & Design
Before attending site and commencement of works it is the client’s responsibility to provide all detail and specifications for all products they are providing, unless products are being provided by Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd.
Before attending site to commence works a clear design and locations to all fixtures, appliances and pipework must be provided by client. Design may incur extra costs.
Call Back to Site
Full Pressure may charge another standard fee for attending site if the reason for re-attendance was not in the scope of Full Pressure’s works.
