Before I even gave them the job and explained to them what the job consisted of, being a dripping tap, tap that doesn't turn and a running toilet they gave me a heap of advice to ensure that I actually needed to get it fixed and that I couldn't do it my self. Once we figured out it did need fixing James came out, he provided an extremely reasonably price and fixed everything with no issues. He even did a few other small things for me. Colin came out and did an awesome job at both Mum's house and mine. The leaking tap was a massive job and he explained to me what was wrong and what he had done. He did not talk to me in a condescending manner but explained why there was a problem with the toilet and how he had fixed it. He did this in a quiet and unassuming way. ***Highly Recommended***, James from Full Pressure plumbing were the only company that would come out and go through each job to calculate an approximate quote and time frame. The other companies would only give me an hourly rate over the phone. Full Pressure Plumbing & Gas was also the cheapest hourly rate. James also asked what type of hot water system and air conditioner I had while they were giving me the quote and asked if they could have a look. They had a look and gave me advice on how I could prolong the life of the plumbing and system. Over the last few years we have had 6 or 7 plumbers who have come to try and fix a clanging noise from the plumbing in our roof which no plumber has been able to do and some have said it can't be done due to low pressure or the age of the plumbing. They have then tried to charge me call out fees. Finally after years of putting up with the clanging in the roof it is now fixed. As well as that all the plumbers have told us that we have been unable to have a dishwasher in our kitchen due to the bench being the wrong height and the fact that there would not be enough water pressure. My wife and I were at the stage where we were going to completely renovate the kitchen just to get a dishwasher in. James showed us how as long as we got a dishwasher with certain measurements and other specifications. We managed to find the right dishwasher. I confirmed all the information that James gave us with the dishwasher salesperson and they agreed that it wouldn't be a problem. James has saved us around $20,000 I have already referred him to my parents and will not hesitate to recommend him to any other person I know. -Chris, WA
